The client came to us wanting to update her 12 year old lower level that had been set up for use by her children. The children were grown and the client wanted to use the space for entertaining friends and family, and for viewing a large screen television with surround sound. We gutted the space and started over with a large kitchen space with an "S" shaped bar with maximum seating. We designed a large banquet area with 2 tables and 9 chairs. A beautiful custom piece and mirror are what you see as you enter the space. This space has won an award for the Best of Show for the NARI National Association for the Remodeling Industry2008.
